How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for preparation before shipping. Delivery takes 6 to 12 working days to arrive at your destination in France.

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely. You can track your order by clicking on the “Track my order” menu. For any additional information, please contact us at hello@uzuel.com.

What should I do if my item is damaged upon receipt?

If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of it to hello@uzuel.com. We will make sure to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. In addition, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to request an exchange. Please see our "Returns & Refunds" in the menu at the bottom of the site for more details.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

You have 14 days after receipt to make a return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service and return the item to the address provided.

Once we have received your package in its original packaging and unused, we will refund your purchase. If you need help, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
